I’m someone very passionate about health, nutrition and healthy lifestyle in general. I truly believe that nutrition is key to nearly every health concern/issue. I love experimenting and trying new ways and techniques and observing how our body reacts.
My journey with Keto started almost 2 years ago where I decided to try it for 30 days and reevaluate after that time. After 3 months, I was still on it and enjoying it. I found that once you understood how it worked clearly, that it was actually easier to eat out or find a quick on the go snack at a corner store when required. I was also comparing this to my “regular” lifestyle and way of eating. Without getting too much into that, let’s just say I was pretty conscious of what I would eat and one of the main things I would try to control my intake mainly while eating out was my fats (and unhealthy carbs).
Getting started on Keto, there was so much information out there, different people from everyone with different opinions and understanding of it, that for someone just starting, it could get complicated. Even though the Ketogenic diet is pretty forward to you understand the whole language behind it, like everything new, it can become overwhelming.

Even though the Ketogenic diet is pretty forward if you understand the whole language behind it, like everything new, it can become overwhelming.
I’ve created this website to help everyone looking for information on Keto to find it in ONE place. Like starting or learning about anything in life, it can become a lot to undertake. Specially if you’re like me and you don’t like to do things ” half way”. I’m the type of person that it I do something, I do it fully 105% how it’s intended to be. In my opinion, if you do anything less then it’s hard to fully have an opinion on whether “it worked”, “was worth it” or “was beneficial”. I’ve experience a lot with my nutrition and my body over the years and I find it to be amazing what you can achieve when you put your mind to it.
After having my third child, and being the smallest I had been since before I even had kids from simply changing my nutrition, I found it astonishing how simple little changes could do drastic changes to your body (mind and soul too actually! 🙂 ). I later continued to try new things and inspired sharing this lifestyle with others. I undertook a kickboxing instructor course just for my own pleasure and then later learned the “art” of bodybuilding. This lead me to eventually deciding to compete in a body building (bikini category) competition. I love to set myself goals and fully devote myself to having them accomplished to the best as I can. That’s really all we can do, doing the best we can!
